Macadamia Nut Blossom Honey is amber in hue with a velvety-rich texture and a robust, caramel-like taste. Gathered by bees from the flowers of the macadamia nut tree, a native of Australia, the honey is produced on Hawaii’s Big Island where macadamia nut plantations abound.
